Superior and Deluxe Rooms are equipped with either one king bed and a queen sofa sleeper or two queen beds, have a
mini refrigerator and a private balcony. Choose from
either a marina view, ocean view or direct ocean front.
Efficiencies Efficiencies have a fully equipped kitchen (everything but the food), queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, and a private balcony. Choose from either a marina view, ocean view or direct ocean front.
Note that a two bedroom suite can be reserved by renting a hotel room with an efficiency. Or if you have a large family a three bedroom suite can be made by reserving a kitchen unit with two rooms (one on either side of the kitchen unit).
Deluxe One Bedroom Jetted Tub Suites
have a
King bed and jetted tub in the
bedroom. It also has a shower bath and a fully equipped kitchen. The
separate living room comes with a queen sofa sleeper. A large ocean front balcony is accessible from either
the bedroom or the living room.
We also have a limited number of boat slips for up to 22' boats (if your boat is more than 22' then you must reserve two slips). Cost is $40.00 per night plus tax and boat slips must be reserved also! DAILY RATES (NO RESORT FEES) February 12, 2010 - April 11, 2010

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY Full refund minus a $25.00 cancelation fee if the reservation is canceled a minimum of five (5) days prior to arrival date stated above. Canceling within 5 days of arrival will result in full forfeiture of deposit. RESORT POLICIES: * Reservations are accepted on the basis of the contracted arrival and departure dates stated above. Guests are required to pay the balance of their stay at check in. NO refunds will be given for early departures. * Discount cards or coupons MUST be presented at check-in and discounts can not be combined * Daily room rates are based on double occupancy. Extra adults (anyone 13 & over) in room up to a maximum of 4 persons is $20.00 plus tax per person per night. Parties in excess of 4 persons per unit, including children under 12, will not be allowed * All guests are required to provide a $100 cash or credit card deposit at check-in for security/incidental charges and $500 during holidays or special events * Only one parking pass will be issued per room * Pets are welcome but only in designed rooms and only one pet per room, for a fee of $80 (plus tax) and with restrictions. Unregistered pets and/or pets found in rooms other than the unit specifically assigned shall result in the occupant of that room being charged a $200 (plus tax) cleaning and fumigation fee. * Check in is 4 pm with checkout by 11 am. * All rooms are designated NON Smoking and a fee of $200 will be charged should you smoke in any room * 22' Boat Slips are $40.00 plus tax per night AND a space must be reserved in advance. Boats without a reservation WILL NOT be accommodated. There is no power provided. * Jet skis or personal water craft are $30.00 plus tax per day per trailer. Please inform us if you will be bringing a jet ski as we have limited space available for trailers * Neither early departure policy stated above nor cancellation policy stated below changes during inclement weather (except in the case of a mandatory hurricane evacuation order being in effect)
